Dr. Jesse is a lifelong resident of Laredo, TX with deep roots in our community. He earned his Bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Criminal Justice—with a concentration in Forensic Science—and a minor in Chemistry from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2007.
He began his career as a cytotechnologist in San Antonio for three years, followed by another three years serving as a Medicolegal Death Investigator for the Webb County Medical Examiner’s Office. In 2014, Dr. Jesse earned his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut, graduating Magna Cum Laude and becoming a member of the prestigious Bruce Fichandler Student Society, which honors students demonstrating leadership, professional commitment, and community engagement.
Since achieving his PA-C in 2014, Dr. Jesse has cultivated broad clinical expertise across emergency, orthopedic, and urgent care in Laredo. He also owns and operates a successful medical spa, combining clinical PA care with advanced aesthetic medicine. His services focus on personalized, results-driven treatments delivered with a commitment to patient safety and satisfaction.
Away from clinical practice, Jesse enjoys traveling with his family, running, and basketball. He’s deeply engaged in our community as a youth mentor and serves as a clinical preceptor for UTHSCSA and UTRGV PA programs—supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals. Dr. Jesse also plans to advance his credentials by pursuing a Doctorate of Medical Science (DMSc) in the future.
